These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 555ba ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555ba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

555ba does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal complaints process, the Player may seek recourse through available legal channels.
